I am evil on pokémon, my 'mon are all big dragony dinosaurs and lions and such. I can see you using the little lovable tykes.

Anyway, I just used color sharpies. I know, surprise surprise. But they seriously work best for color. And for line... don't use the sharpies 'cause they tend to bleed. Use as fine of a tipped ballpoint pen that you can find, but not the kind you would use for inking... just experiment! Try drawing on your jeans or something before the converse... unless you've gotten to that point already. in which case, nevermind. :]
